Delete your account.

This page explains how to request the deletion of your Loyhub account and all personal data associated with it.

From the app

Open the Loyhub app, go to Profile → Settings → Delete my account, then confirm. Your account and data are deleted immediately.

By email

You can also request deletion by writing to contact@loyhub.store from the email address linked to your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We will process your request within 30 days and confirm by return email.

Data deleted

• Profile: name, email address, photo, preferences.
• Loyalty cards, stamps, and rewards.
• Subscriptions (followed establishments), friends, and groups.
• Reviews, messages, and activity linked to your account.
• Any verification documents (for businesses).

Data retained

Some data may be retained for a limited period where required by law (accounting or tax obligations) or in anonymised form for statistical purposes. This data can no longer be used to identify you.
