The principle

Loyhub collects only what is strictly necessary. The public pages of loyhub.store are static and set no tracking or advertising cookies. Only two surfaces process personal data: the agent application form (“Become an agent”) and the business area reserved for merchants. The rest of the site can be browsed without transmitting anything about you.

Application — “Become an agent”

If you apply via the Become an agentpage, we collect the information you enter: first name, last name, email address, and country.

• Purpose : to process your application and contact you in return.
• Anti-bot : the form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which may set a technical cookie for the duration of the verification (no advertising tracking).
• Processing : your data is transmitted to our servers (Google Cloud / Firebase) and is never sold.

Business area

the business area enables merchants to sign in by email and password via Firebase Authentication (Google). Your session is stored locally on your device to keep you signed in; payments and disbursements related to the subscription are handled by Stripe.

Third-party tools

• Fonts (Inter) self-hosted — no requests to Google Fonts.
• Audience measurement via Cloudflare Web Analytics — no cookie, no digital fingerprint.
• Cloudflare (hosting and Turnstile), Google / Firebase (applications and business-area sign-in) and Stripe (business-area payments) as sub-processors.
• Access logs retained by our hosting provider (Cloudflare) for 24 hours.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, and erasure by writing to contact@loyhub.store. Account deletion in the app is explained on the Delete account.
